About the course
This course is the sixth and final step to complete our elementary level in Modern Greek.
In this course, which is taught in Modern Greek, you will learn to talk about education, professions and qualifications and about problems at work and unemployment.
You will develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through a variety of learning activities in class and at home. Class-based activities include small-group role-plays, responding to short texts, listening to dialogues or watching video clips. Language learning requires regular practice, and you will consolidate your skills at home, with vocabulary, grammar and writing exercises.
You will need to buy a textbook (see below). You will also need access to a computer or another device with an internet connection to be able to use our learning platform.

Who the course is for
This course is the sixth and final step on our elementary level and is open to anyone who has completed Modern Greek Elementary Step 5 or equivalent and is proficient in reading and writing using the Greek alphabet. If you have previously learned Modern Greek and are unsure of your level, you can self-assess here.

Entry criteria
You need to have completed Modern Greek Elementary Step 5 or equivalent and be proficient in reading and writing using the Greek alphabet. If you are unsure of your level, please assess your level here. You will need basic digital skills, such as using a computer and navigating a website to access the course learning platform.
Please note that the course booking deadline is 8 days before the course start date.
